I've fought several Hyper Tigrexes, what sense does that make? All the High Rank elder dragons, hard variants of monsters like metal raths, and some Hyper monster quests, like one for just plain Hyper Blangonga.
Some people say "you don't need to farm anything really before G-rank, nothing matters in Low/High rank really, just bulldoze through", but that is not me, and because of this, the way GU has dealt with the endgame of MHGen kinda sucks a bit.Īll the content that used to be HR-locked in Gen, is apparently now locked behind the Diablos hunt in GU. I am enjoying myself despite the kind of "checklisty" feel of the game, but things are looking kinda weird at end of High Rank. Valor regen HH builds have served me well so far, only Dreadking Rathalos has felt particularly difficult, but that's probably because constant fireblight is complete kryptonite to regen and stops my main method of getting back into the fight quickly. Soon going to face the G-rank opening Diablos.
